Mindfulness-Awareness Meditation

Co-sponsored by St. Andrew’s United Church and the North Shore Meditation Group, this free weekly drop-in meditation practice is led by Shambhala Buddhist Meditation instructors Jennifer Rodrigues and Paul Belserene. Sessions start at 7 pm with guided instruction and practice for 20 – 25 minutes followed by walking meditation and further sitting practice. Participants are invited to stay for all or part of the evening.
