In the Christian tradition, hospitality is a spiritual act. The act of breaking bread is an act that unites all of humankind: there is no culture that doesn’t gather around a meal. At St. Andrew’s United Church, we feel called to offer a community hub centred around feeding and nurturing the body as well as the soul.

Every Thursday, except in August, St. Andrew’s offers a Community Lunch from 12 to 1 pm in the Friendship Room.

Teddy Bear Picnic

Come participate in the community event of the summer!

Each year families with young children (and of course, all those who are young at heart) are welcome to bring their favorite stuffed animal and participate in the Teddy Bear Picnic in St. Andrew’s Park at 11th Street and St. George’s Avenue.
